Science Writer

I work at Emory University School of Medicine as a Technical Editor for the Department of Human Genetics. I edit manuscripts and grant applications, and produce a newsletter for the department.

In 2017, I started writing a book about idiopathic hypersomnia and related sleep disorders. It is now being published by Columbia University Press.

The title is: The Woman Who Couldn't Wake Up: Hypersomnia and the Science of Sleepiness.

You can order it from the Columbia University Press site or from Amazon (starting May 19, 2023).
